Habanero pepper 2 pcs
Flour 300 gr
Garlic powder 2 tbsp
Soy sauce 1 cup
Sugar 1 cup
Honey 5 tbsp
Butter 1 tbsp
Salt and pepper To taste
Oil 1 cup
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, pepper, and salt to taste.
  2. Coat the chicken wings with the flour mixture, making sure they are well coated. Set aside.
  3. Fry the wings in hot oil for about 10 minutes or until fully cooked. Remove from heat and place them on absorbent paper to eliminate excess grease.
  4. In a skillet, melt butter and add soy sauce, sugar, honey, and chopped habanero. Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes, allowing the ingredients to blend and the mixture to achieve a smooth consistency.
