Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Peel the corn, removing the husks and silk, and rinse under cold water.
- Brush the corn with a bit of olive oil to prevent sticking to the grill.
- Place the corn on the hot grill and cook, turning occasionally, until golden, about 10-15 minutes.
- While the corn is grilling, in a small bowl, mix the olive oil with paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, and chopped Red Fresno peppers. Stir well to combine.
