Instructions
- Start by chopping all the vegetables into small pieces to ensure they fit easily into the bottle's neck. Don't worry too much about uniformity in the cuts, as the rustic texture adds a charming touch to the sauce.
- Once you have all the ingredients prepared, place them into the bottle. Alternate layers of vegetables to ensure that the flavors are evenly distributed throughout the mixture. This step is crucial for achieving a balanced sauce full of flavor.
- In a pot, bring the water to a boil, and when it reaches the boiling point, add the apple cider vinegar. Let it boil for a few minutes, then remove it from the heat. Carefully pour this solution into the bottle over the vegetables.
- Place the lid on the bottle and let it rest for 6 to 8 days in a cool, dark place. During this time, it is advisable to flip the bottle daily to ensure that all the flavors mix evenly and fully develop.
After the resting time is up, your Witch Sauce will be ready to add to your favorite dishes for a spicy and flavorful kick!
