Sauce Instructions
- Cut the carrots; place them in a saucepan with water and cook for about 20 minutes
- Roast the habanero peppers and onion
- Add all the ingredients to a blender with a little bit of the boiling water and blend until desired consistency
- Season to taste with salt and pepper
