Habanero pepper | 1 piece |
Pineapple | 2 cups |
Sugar | 2 cups |
Lime juice | 4 cdtas |
Water | 1 cup |
Instructions
- Cut the pineapple into small chunks and cook in a pan over low heat for 10 minutes
- Add 1 cup of water and mix with the pineapple
- Add the habanero pepper finely chopped, lime juice; gradually add the sugar
- Cook over low heat for 40 - 45 minutes
- Store your jelly into a container and let it cool down
- Enjoy!
