Greek yogurt 1/2 cup
Chipotle pepper 1 tbsp
Onion powder 1/2 tsp
Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
Instructions
  1. Let's start by preparing the main ingredients: tuna, cucumber, tomato, cilantro, habanero chili, and mango; cut each one into small pieces.
  2. Once all the ingredients are ready, place them in a bowl and add the juice of two lemons. This step is crucial to marinate the ingredients and enhance the flavors of the ceviche.
  3. While the ingredients marinate, prepare crispy shallots that will add an irresistible touch to your dish. Cut the onion into thin strips and use them in the air fryer. Spray a bit of cooking spray and cook at 180°C until the shallots are golden and crispy. This additional step adds a slightly caramelized flavor to the ceviche.
  4. Let's move on to the dressing that will elevate your Tuna Ceviche. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, ground chipotle, juice of half a lemon, and onion and garlic powder. Stir until you achieve a homogeneous mixture.
