Sour cream | ¾ cup |
Homemade mayonnaise | ¾ cup |
Lime juice | 1 tbsp. |

Instructions
- Start by melting the butter in a skillet and add olive oil, to prevent the butter from burning so quickly.

- Chop the habanero peppers, removing seeds and stems. Add to butter with onion.
- Cook over low heat for an additional 2 to 3 minutes.
- Soften the cream cheese in a double boiler: boil water in a pot and place a bowl with the cream cheese on top. Use a spatula to press the cheese until it becomes creamy.
- In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sour cream, and softened cream cheese. Then, add the habanero butter mixture and salt to taste.
- Mix the lemon juice and white vinegar together, stirring thoroughly to ensure all the flavors are well combined.
