Chopped Habanero pepper | 2 to 4 pcs. |
Chopped guaje tomatoes | 1 piece |
Chorizo | 350 grams |

Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat some vegetable oil and add the chopped onion and habanero. Cook over medium heat until softened and starting to change color, which usually takes a few minutes.
- Add the chopped tomato to the saucepan and cook over high heat for a couple of minutes, until it begins to soften slightly.
- Incorporate the chorizo into the saucepan and cook until it changes color and mixes well with the onion and tomato. Stir the mixture to ensure that all the ingredients are evenly combined.
- If necessary, season the mixture with a little salt to taste. Keep in mind that the chorizo may already provide salt, so taste before adding more.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and set aside the mixture while you prepare the cheese.
- In a non-stick black skillet, evenly distribute the grated cheese. Cook over medium heat until the cheese melts and begins to bubble, creating a smooth and creamy layer.
- Once the cheese is melted, pour the chorizo and habanero mixture over it, making sure to cover the entire surface of the cheese with this delicious combination.
- Serve the hot cheese with chorizo and habanero, accompanied by warm tortillas. Enjoy this delicious flavorful dish!
