Habanero pepper | 3 pcs |
Chile de arbol peppers | 15 gr |
Garlic clove | 2 pcs |
Olive Oil | 2/3 cup |
Peanuts | 1/3 cup |
Sesame seeds | 1/4 cup |
Salt | 1 tsp |
Instructions
- In a pot add olive oil and heat over medium heat. Then add the garlic cloves and cook until it turns golden brown. Remove and reserve
- In the same pot, add the Chile de arbol and the habanero pepper. Cook until the peppers starts to crisp up. Remove and reserve
- In a blender, add the peppers, the garlic cloves, salt and olive oil (the oil we used for cooking the peppers and garlic cloves). Once everything is blended, reserve
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook for 5 minutes or until the seeds turn golden brown
- In a bowl add the peanuts and sesame seeds. Then pour the sauce and mix everything together
- Serve with your favorite dishes!
