Fish fillet | 2 pcs |
Habanero pepper | 2 pcs |
Cornstarch | 1 tsp |
Rolled oats | 2 tbsp |
Shredded coconut w/o sugar | 1/2 cup |
Bell pepper | 1-2 pcs |
Honey | 1 tbsp |
Mango | 1 piece |
Egg | 1 huevo |
Instructions
- In a pan place the bell peppers and roast both sides.
- Place the roasted peppers in a food plastic bag while still hot for about 20 minutes, remove the peppers and slip off the skin
- Add the roasted bell peppers, the habanero peppers, honey, mango and a little bit of water to a blender
- Set the sauce aside
- Blend the rolled oats and the shredded coconut until the mixture becomes pulverized
- Dip each piece of fish into cornstarch. Then into a mixture of egg season with salt and pepper. Lastly dip the fish into the oats and coconut mixture.
- Cook at 200°C for 12 minutes in your air fryer
- Once cooked, pour the sauce on top of the fish and enjoy!
