Habanero pepper | 7 pcs |
Head of garlic | 2 pcs |

Instructions
- Cut your habanero peppers, remove seeds and deveined your peppers
- Slice the top off of the garlic bulb. Drizzle with olive oil, salt and wrap it with foil.
- Cook the habanero peppers and the garlic bulbs in the oven for 45 minutes; the habaneros should be charred in order to make them into powder
- Crush your habanero to make them into powder. In a bowl, add your habanero powder, then squeeze the garlic bulb to get out the garlic cloves and add them to the habanero powder. Add lime juice, vegetable oil and season with salt.
- Mix thoroughly, until all your ingredients are well combine. Serve this sauce with your favorite dishes and enjoy!
