Habanero Wings

Today, we bring to you a simple yet delicious recipe for habanero wings. With just a few ingredients, you can prepare a spicy dish that is sure to satisfy your cravings.

Breading machine½ cup

Oil1 liter
Habanero sauce for wings200 ml
Celery sticks6 pieces
Carrot sticks6 pieces
French fries2 cups
Instructions
  1. Soak the wings in water with salt and vinegar for one or two hours.
  2. Drain and set aside.

  9. Transfer to a bowl with the sauce and toss to coat completely.
  10. Serve with vegetable sticks and french fries.

Anise seed¼ teaspoon

Butter45 grams
Cream½ cup
Mayonnaise½ cup
Instructions
  1. Open the chiles, remove and discard the seeds and stems.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Reserve and cool.
  4. Grind and strain.
  5. Boil the remaining ingredients.
  6. Reserve and cool.
  7. Grind and strain.
  8. Combine the two mixtures and add the butter, cream and mayonnaise.
  9. Season to taste.

Servings: 550 ml, aproximadamente.
