Método para los camarones con salsa
- Start with 3 bowls; add flour in one. Beat the eggs with salt in the second bowl. Add the shredded coconut in the third bowl. Dip the shrimps into the flour, then the eggs and then dredge the shrimp into the shredded coconut.
- Heat a skillet with oil over medium heat. Fry the shrimp until golden brown
- Add the habanero peppers and mango to a blender. For a thicker consistency, add the sauce to a saucepan with a little bit of oil. Season with salt and pepper and cook for a few minutes over medium heat
- Serve your shrimps with the mango habanero sauce, sprinkle on top a little bit of chopped chives and enjoy!
