Instructions
- Begin by cutting the tuna into small pieces and season it with a pinch of salt, pepper, and a touch of olive oil. This preparation is essential to flavor the tuna chicharrón.
- Transfer the tuna pieces to a preheated air fryer at 200°C (392°F) and cook for 15 minutes. This cooking technique ensures that the tuna becomes crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, creating a delightful contrast of textures.
