Greek yogurt 1/2 cup
Mango 1 piece
Garlic clove 1 piece
Lime 1 piece

Instructions
  1. Begin by cutting the tuna into small pieces and season it with a pinch of salt, pepper, and a touch of olive oil. This preparation is essential to flavor the tuna chicharrón.
  2. Transfer the tuna pieces to a preheated air fryer at 200°C (392°F) and cook for 15 minutes. This cooking technique ensures that the tuna becomes crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, creating a delightful contrast of textures.
  3. While the tuna is cooking, take a moment to prepare the habanero mayonnaise. In a blender, mix Greek yogurt, habaneros, mango, garlic clove, and the juice of one lemon. This spicy and creamy combination will be the perfect accompaniment.
  4. Heat the sopes in a pan until they are ready to serve.
