Instructions
- Start by removing the cauliflower leaves and placing it in a pot of water. Add a touch of salt and pepper, and cook the cauliflower, onion, and garlic for 12 minutes.
- Once the cauliflower is ready, remove it from the pot and season it with salt, pepper, paprika, and a bit of olive oil.
- Next, transfer the seasoned cauliflower to the air fryer and roast it at 200°C for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, lightly toast the poblano and habanero peppers. Then, place the roasted peppers in a blender with Greek yogurt, goat cheese, onion, garlic, and almond milk. Add salt and cumin to taste, and blend until you achieve a homogeneous sauce.
- Now, it's time to plate the roasted cauliflower and drizzle it with the vibrant poblano and habanero sauce.
