Ingredients Habanero Mayo Qty
Habanero pepper 5 pcs
Garlic clove 2 pcs
Greek yogurt 1 cup
Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
Salt and pepper To taste
Ingredientes Spicy Tampico Qty
Surimi sticks 4 pcs
Carrots 1 piece
Habanero mayo To taste
Ingredients Spicy Soya Sauce Qty
Habanero pepper 1 piece
Soy sauce 1/2 cup
Lime juice 1 piece
Fresh orange juice 1/4 cup
Ingredients Sushi Donut Qty
Sushi rice (previously cooked) 2 cups
Cucumber 1/2 piece
Avocado 1 piece
Tampico spicy Todo lo de la receta
Spicy Soy Sauce to taste
Sesame seeds to taste
Instructions
  1. For the Habanero Mayo, first roast the habanero peppers and garlic cloves. Add them to a blender along with the rest of the ingredients; set aside.
  2. For the Spicy Tampico, place the shredded carrots and surimi into a bowl. Then add the Habanero mayo and mix.
  3. For the Spicy Soya Sauce, in a bowl mix soy sauce, lime juice and orange juice. Then add sliced habanero peppers.
  4. Place sushi rice into a round cake mold or donut mold, and press it firmly. Then add on top sliced cucumber, the spicy Tampico mixture, avocado. Repeat until all the rice is used.
  5. Carefully remove the mold from the sushi donut. Sprinkle on top sesame seeds, habanero mayo and spicy tampico mixture. Serve with the spicy soy sauce and enjoy!
