Instructions
  1. Let's start by preparing the ingredients. Cut the pineapple into small pieces and halve the habaneros, removing the seeds. Next, finely chop the red onion and cilantro.
  2. Season the pineapple with a pinch of cinnamon, and the habanero peppers with garlic salt. Take these ingredients to the air fryer or grill, roasting them until they acquire a delicious golden brown.
  3. Once roasted, transfer the pineapple, habaneros, red onion, and cilantro to the mortar and pestle. Crush the ingredients to obtain a homogeneous mixture filled with fresh aromas.
