Tacos with Roasted Habanero Sauce

Following is our recipe and ingredients for the preparation of the tacos and salsa:

Ingredients for the roasted habanero sauce:

Strawberry tomatoes3 or 4 pcs.
Wild tomatoes1 piece in halves
Garlic2 cloves of garlic
White onions¼ piece
Habanero pepper3 or 4 pcs.
Cilantro2 sprigs
Lime1 ½ pieces (juice)
Salt1 tsp
Method for the roasted habanero sauce
  1. Start by roasting the tomatoes, chopped onions, habanero peppers, and garlic.
  2. Next, use a mortar and pestle to grind the roasted ingredients until achieving a homogeneous mixture.
  3. Add a touch of salt and lemon juice to enhance the flavors.
  4. Finish by incorporating chopped cilantro for a fresh touch.
  5. Adjust the seasoning.
  6. Additionally, you can enhance the sauce with avocado. Mash the avocado and season with olive oil, lemon, and salt for a creamy and delicious texture.
Method for tacos and salsa application:
  1. For taco preparation, start by grilling the meat.
  2. Season the meat with salt just before turning over the grill.
  3. Once the meat is cooked, remove it from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes.
  4. Next, slice the meat and place it on the tortillas.
  5. Form the tacos by spreading a little avocado on each tortilla and on top of the sliced meat.
  6. Finally, coat your tacos with enough roasted habanero sauce to give them a spicy and flavorful touch.
