Cream cheese 200 g
Butter 20 g
Serrano ham 30 g

  1. Begin by gently flattening the croissants with a rolling pin. Next, spread a tablespoon of butter on each side of the croissants and add a pinch of honey, distributing it evenly.
  2. Heat a skillet over low heat and place the croissants inside. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy. This will give them a pleasant, crispy texture and a golden flavor.
  3. Once your croissants are perfectly golden, place them on a plate. Now, it's time to add the filling ingredients.
  4. Spread a tablespoon of cream cheese on each croissant. Then, sprinkle the chopped habanero pepper over the cream cheese. If you like it spicy, you can add a little more.
  5. Top each croissant with two slices of serrano ham, completing this delicious flavor combination.
  6. Finally, for an irresistible finishing touch, drizzle a bit more honey over the filled croissants.
