Below you will find our recipe

Ingredients Qty
Salmon fillet 1 piece
Habanero pepper 1 piece
Yellow bell pepper 1 piece
Manzana 1 piece
Alcachofa (lata) 400 g
Lime 1 piece
Vinagreta To taste
Lettuce 200 g
Instructions
  1. Begin by cooking the salmon. You can grill it, bake it, or use a non-stick skillet. Cook the salmon until it's tender and flakes easily with a fork. Then, let it cool.
  2. While the salmon cools, prepare the other ingredients. Slice the apple thinly, julienne the yellow bell pepper, quarter the artichokes, and finely chop the habanero pepper (remember to wear gloves when handling it and avoid touching your eyes).
  3. Wash and dry the lettuce leaves and place them on a plate or salad bowl as the base for the salad.
  4. Flake the cooled salmon into smaller pieces and place it on top of the lettuce leaves.
  5. Add the apple slices, julienne-cut yellow bell pepper, and artichoke quarters to the plate. Distribute the finely chopped habanero pepper evenly to add a spicy kick.
  6. Prepare your choice of vinaigrette or use your preferred dressing. Pour the vinaigrette over the salad, making sure to cover all the ingredients.
  7. Finally, gently toss the salad to evenly distribute the dressing and ensure all the flavors come together.
  8. And there you have it! Your sweet salmon salad with a spicy twist is ready to enjoy. Serve it as a main dish or as a side for a light and healthy meal. Enjoy!
