Pork belly w/o skin 250 gr
Instructions
  1. Start by roasting the habanero peppers and garlic to intensify their flavors. This step is crucial to achieve a habanero sauce that will elevate the profile of your Pork Belly Bites.
  2. Once roasted, place them in a mortar and add olive oil, salt, two tablespoons of lemon juice, and a pinch of paprika.
  3. Using the mortar, crush the ingredients until you obtain a homogeneous mixture that will become the delicious base of your dish.
  4. Now, it's time to prepare the pork belly. Cut the meat into approximately one-inch cubes.
  5. Dip them in the habanero sauce, ensuring each piece of meat is evenly coated. This flavor combination will be the key to the intensity and authenticity of your Pork Belly Bites.
  6. To cook the bites, use an air fryer preheated to 400°C. Place the pork belly pieces in the basket and cook for 20 minutes, remembering to open the fryer every 6 minutes to flip the bites. This step ensures that each side is evenly cooked, achieving a crispy exterior and a juicy interior.
