| Habanero Pepper | 1 piece |
| Jalapeno pepper | 1 pzas |
| Garlic clove | 1 piece |
| Tomatillos | 3 pcs |
| Tomates | 3 pcs |
| Cilantro | 1/4 cup |
| Beer | 200 ml |
| Salt | 1 tsp |
Instructions
- Roast the habanero peppers, tomatoes, tomatillos and garlic clove
- In a molcajete, grind the garlic cloves with the jalapeno peppers
- Add the habanero peppers, tomatillos, tomatoes and mix
- Once everything is blended add coriander
- Lastly add beer and mix thoroughly
- Serve with tacos, grilled meat, tortilla chips or anything you like. Enjoy!
